ABSTRACT A rearwardly folding wing-back implement has a V- shaped frame configuration comprising two wings with the apex of the V-shape being located at a pivot point where the two wings are joined. A towing linkage is in a config- uration designed to minimize any pulling forces being applied to the implement other than pulling forces in the direction of movement of the implement. The implement may be pivoted rearwardly about the pivot point when it is desired to transport the implement.
