A wiper blade (1) for a screen printing head in which pasty product (14) to be screen printed is biased towards a printing screen (15) under pressure, the wiper blade comprising an elongate blade element having a thickness of between 0.1 and 0.5 mm, one edge (3) of the blade element (2) being configured to be fixed to a screen printing head and the other edge (4) of the blade element being a forwardly-directed free edge which in use contacts a printing screen, and a strip (6) fixed to the upper, non-screen contacting surface of the blade element along the free edge thereof, wherein the strip and the free edge of the blade element together define a leading face which has a height of from 1 to 2.5 mm and encloses an acute angle with the printing screen.
La présente invention concerne une raclette (1) pour tête d'impression sérigraphique grâce à laquelle un produit pâteux (14) devant être imprimé par sérigraphie est sollicité par pression vers un écran d'impression (15). La raclette de l'invention comprend: un élément de raclette allongé d'une épaisseur comprise entre 0,1 et 0,5 mm, un bord (3) de l'élément de raclette (2) étant configuré pour être fixé sur une tête d'impression sérigraphique et l'autre bord (4) de l'élément de raclette étant configuré comme un bord libre dirigé vers l'avant qui, en cours d'emploi, entre en contact avec un écran d'impression ; et une languette (6) fixée sur la surface supérieure de l'élément de raclette qui n'est pas en contact avec l'écran d'impression, le long du bord libre de cette dernière, la languette et le bord libre de l'élément de raclette définissant ensemble une face d'attaque d'une hauteur comprise entre 1 et 2,5 mm et formant un angle aigu par rapport à l'écran d'impression.
