A replaceable wiper cartridge (Fig. 3) is described which is held captive within a shuttling scraper (Fig. 2) of a type known in the art which is pushed axially through a cylindrical reaction chamber intermittently to remove reaction products from the inside surface (14) of the reaction chamber and from the outside surface of a smaller coaxial tube (16) that extends the length of the reaction chamber. The replaceable wiper cartridge has an annular shape that is obliquely cut (40) to permit a slight radial expansion to accommodate the smaller coaxial tube (16) and to engage it in a tight sliding grip so as to scrape from the smaller tube any deposits. The figure is a side view of the wiper showing a groove (36) extending around the wiper cartridge receiving an O-ring (38).
On décrit une cartouche nettoyante remplaçable (Fig. 3) tenue prisonnière dans une navette nettoyante (Fig. 2) d'un type connu dans l'art, qui est poussée à intervalles axialement à travers une chambre de réaction cylindrique, pour enlever les produits de réaction de la surface interne (14) de la chambre de réaction et de la surface externe d'un tube coaxial plus petit (16) qui traverse la chambre de réaction suivant sa longueur. La cartouche nettoyante remplaçable a une forme annulaire et elle est coupée obliquement (40) pour permettre une légère expansion radiale permettant de loger le tube coaxial (16) plus petit et d'assurer un engagement sans jeu, afin d'éliminer par raclage tout dépôt sur le plus petit tube. La figure 4 est une vue latérale de la cartouche nettoyante montrant une rainure (36) autour de la cartouche. Un joint torique (38) vient se placer dans cette rainure.
