A wiper for a tubing stripper includes a resilient body having a peripheral edge, a central portion having a tubing passage extending therethrough, and at least one viewing window disposed between the central portion and the peripheral edge. With the wiper, as described, one can merely look through the viewing window to perform a visual flow check.
