Wire attachment (1) for a sheathed wire (20) including a wire (21) and a sheath (22) coaxially surrounding the wire, the wire attachment (1) comprising: a housing (2); an axial bore (10) inside the housing including an opening (10a) adapted to receive the sheathed wire (20); a spool (5) slidably arranged inside the bore (10), the spool being adapted to receive the wire (21) and comprises an engagement member (6) for fixedly engaging the wire (21), such that any longitudinal movement of the wire (21) will be transmitted to the spool (5); a sheath attachment member (3) for fixing the sheath (22) to the wire attachment (1) inside the axial bore (10) at a distance from the receiving bore (10), such that the spool (5) and the wire (21) is free to move axially with respect to the sheath (22). Further, the sheath attachment member (3) is arranged to exert a substantially radial pressure onto the surface of the sheath (22), such that it may be attached essentially without disturbing the axial position of the sheath (22). The invention also relates to a method of attaching a sheathed wire (20).
L'invention concerne une fixation de fil (1) pour un fil sous gaine (20) comprenant un fil (21) et une gaine (22) entourant le fil de manière coaxiale, la fixation de fil (1) comportant : un logement (2); un alésage axial (10) à l'intérieur du logement comprenant une ouverture (10a) adaptée pour recevoir le fil sous gaine (20); un enrouleur (5) arrangé de manière coulissante à l'intérieur de l'alésage (10), l'enrouleur étant adapté pour recevoir le fil (21) et comportant un organe d'enclenchement (6) pour l'enclenchement fixe du fil (21), de manière à ce que tout mouvement longitudinal du fil (21) soit transmis à l'enrouleur (5); un organe de fixation de gaine (3) permettant de fixer la gaine (22) à la fixation de fil (1) à l'intérieur de l'alésage axial (10) à une certaine distance de l'alésage de réception (10), de manière à ce que l'enrouleur (5) et le fil (21) soient libres de se déplacer axialement par rapport à la gaine (22). Par ailleurs, l'organe de fixation de gaine (3) est arrangé pour exercer une pression sensiblement radiale sur la surface de la gaine (22), de manière à ce qu'il puisse être attaché essentiellement sans gêner la position axiale de la gaine (22). L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant d'attacher un fil sous gaine (20). (Fig. 2)
