An open-face electrical wire connector (10) for forming an electrical connection to a wire connector lug (17) wherein the wire connector lug (17) which is free of any sealant, is located in a portion of a housing (11) that can be brought into engagement with anchor portion of a housing (16), which carries a sealant (29) to cause the sealant to flow the wire connector lug and the electrical connection therein for on-the-go formation of a sealant covered electrical connection (30).
L'invention concerne un connecteur de fils électriques à face ouverte servant à former un raccord électrique avec une cosse de connecteur. Cette cosse, exempte de matériau de scellement, est située dans une partie d'un logement qui peut être mise en contact avec une autre partie d'un logement comportant un matériau de scellement, de sorte à provoquer l'écoulement dudit matériau autour de la cosse du connecteur de fils, afin de former instantanément un raccord électrique revêtu d'un matériau de scellement.
