ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The disclosure herein describes a wire drawing machine for simultaneously drawing a plurality of wires; the machine includes a plurality of drawing stages, each stage consisting of a group of dies supported in a holder and of a capstan positioned downstream of the die holder. The dies are longitudinally displaceable in their holder; they may be removed therefrom. The capstan has a smooth surface.
