ABSTRACT A wire holder provides for holding a bundle of wires. It has a base member, having a rim integrally bound thereto. There are a plurality of overlapping generally triangular elas- tic members, each elastic member has a base and an apex. The bases of the elastic members are mounted in the rim with the members radially disposed with respect thereto. When the elas- tic members are in the closed position they essentially define a plane, and when receiving and holding the bundle of wires therethrough they are directionally flared. The elasticity of the members when holding the bundle of wires bias the mem- bers toward the closed position resulting in firmly gripping, holding, and restraining the wires.
