ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved combination wire installation and cutting tool for installing the ends of telephone circuit conductors into known quick clip connectors, following which the stubs on the free ends of the conductors are cut to predetermined lengths, so as not to interfere with adjacent conductors. As contrasted with prior art devices of this type, the tool does not require the free ends of the conductors to be in- serted into holes in the tool, and the tool has a cutting element which can sever the stubs on the conductors before the conductors are fully seated in the quick clip connectors.
