A wire seal for mirror gasket (5) includes a portion of mirror gasket (60) through hole (10) where wire cable (65) go through the gasket into the door panel, a wire sleeve (20) for sealing the wire, wire sleeve tabs (25, 35) to be welded or sealed, a channel (30) for wire connectors to go through. After wires and the mirror have being assembled, the wire sleeve tabs could be welded or adhesive sealed and or clamped together to make sealing around the wires.
