A wire tying tool having a set of movable talons (400, 401) for channeling a loop of hard wire fed from a spool (600) around an object to be tied with a wire knot at high speed; a wire drive (364) with a pullback feature to retract the loop under tension to tighten the loop around the object; a clutch- controlled retractable reel to hold the tension on the wire on the reel; a spinner/cutter that extrudes a knot by turning, kinking and cutting the wire, and then rotating to twist the wire into a knot while drawing the spinner away from the work surface. A single reversible motor (300) powers each of a wire drive, a talon drive and a spinner drive; and logic and control elements control a sequence of operations of the various drives. The tool is housed in an exterior housing (612) having a trigger handle (602) and a support handle (604).
Outil de nouage de fil doté d'une série de griffes mobiles (400, 401) destinées à guider une boucle de fil rigide provenant d'une bobine (600) autour d'un objet à attacher avec un noeud de fil à grande vitesse, d'un mécanisme d'entraînement (364) de fil doté d'un dispositif de retrait qui permet de rétracter la boucle sous tension pour serrer ladite boucle autour de l'objet, un enrouleur rétractable commandé par embrayage destiné à maintenir la tension sur le fil sur l'enrouleur, un dispositif à filer/couper qui effectue un noeud en tournant, nouant et coupant le fil et ensuite en effectuant un mouvement de rotation pour tordre le fil et obtenir un noeud tout en éloignant par traction le dispositif à filer/couper de la surface de travail. Un seul moteur (300) réversible actionne un mécanisme d'entraînement de fil, un mécanisme d'entraînement de talon et un mécanisme d'entraînement du dispositif à filer/couper, et des éléments de logique et de commande commandent une séquence d'opérations des divers mécanismes d'entraînement. Ledit outil est placé dans un carter externe (612) doté d'une poignée de déclenchement (602) et d'une poignée de support (604).
