A B S T R A C T : A gardening tool mounted on 2 wheels used for both cutting weeds at the roots and cultivating the soil. In this invention a thin steel wire is streched tightly from the ends of Z steel pins which are mounted by set-screws in the ends of a 13" square tubing which is welded across the end of the handle to form a "T" shape. With this tool weeds are cut approx- imately 3 CM below the surface of the ground while pushing the implement forward. A staggered tooth harrow is then engaged which cultivates the soil while pulling in reverse.
