A wireless local area network (WLAN) communication method and apparatus are provided. The WLAN communication method includes allowing a receiving station to receive a multi input multi output (MIMO) frame, allowing the receiving station to determine whether the MIMO frame is erroneous and whether the MIMO frame is destined for the receiving station, allowing the receiving station to generate a single input single output (SISO) acknowledgement (ACK) frame if the MIMO frame is not erroneous and is destined for the receiving station, and allowing the receiving station to transmit the SISO ACK frame to a sending station that has transmitted the MIMO frame.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de communication de réseau local sans fil (WLAN). Le procédé de communication WLAN comprend les étapes consistant à autoriser une station de réception à recevoir une trame à entrées multiples/sorties multiples (MIMO), à autoriser la station de réception à déterminer si la trame MIMO est erronée et si la trame MIMO est destinée à la station de réception, à autoriser la station de réception à générer une trame d'accusé de réception (ACK) à entrée unique sortie unique (SISO) si la trame MIMO n'est pas erronée et est destinée à la station de réception, et à autoriser la station de réception à transmettre la trame ACK SISO à une station émettrice qui a transmis la trame MIMO.
