WIRING HARNESS SYSTEM ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A wiring harness for use in providing external connections for an electrical device such as a lighting ballast has a plurality of individual solid conductors sheathed in thermoplastic resin insulation, the ends of the conductors providing connections within the device are exposed, being held in predetermined, spaced apart parallel relation by a non-conducting spacer bar to which the individual sheaths are attached. The converged wires pass through a wall-grommmet to which they are further secured by their respective sheaths, to provide predetermined spacial relationship between the protective grommet and the exposed conductor ends, for mechanical connection of the harness to solderless connections within the device.
