A building structure (10) formed from modular units (14, 16). Each unit comprising a plurality of structurally reinforced insulating panels (20) of standard wall panel dimensions joined in longitudinal edge juxtaposed position. The upper end edge surfaces of the respective wall forming panel core is grooved to form a continuous upwardly open wire harness receiving channel (42) communicating with the respective upper end of a plurality of vertical electrical control wire receiving slots (43) formed in selected wall panels.
L'invention concerne une structure de bâtiment (10) formée d'unités modulaires (14), (16). Chaque unité comprend une pluralité de panneaux isolants renforcés structurellement (20), présentant des dimensions de panneaux muraux standard, assemblés par juxtaposition des arêtes longitudinales. Les surfaces des arêtes terminales supérieures de chaque âme de panneau formant une paroi sont rainurées afin de former une gorge ouverte vers le haut (42) abritant un faisceau de câbles continus et communiquant avec l'extrémité supérieure correspondante d'une pluralité de fentes verticales (43) abritant des câbles de commande électriques et formées dans des parois murales sélectionnées.
