The WOKMIR is made of mirrors in frames of 15 cms by 10 cms. The two frames are joined with a piano hinge on the 15 cm edge. The frames move like the covers of a book. The frames are adjusted to the proper angle to see ahead and are held there by the friction in the hinge. The idea came from the principle of the periscope.
