The wearer can change the positions of engagement between first engaging portions 12 provided in the outer casing 10 and at least one second engaging portion 20 provided in the sliding members 20 by operating the pair of sliding members 20, so that the distance between the breast cup portions 1, 1' can be adjusted to a desired level either when the clothing is being put on or after the clothing is put on.
