The floor according to the invention consists of boards (1), especially wood boards laid on joists (2) and secured to them by fasteners (3) or adhesive and is designed for the use on the unroofed area, external terraces, platforms and jetties or in rooms where water may run out on the floor, while the board (1) of the floor along its bottom edge has the water drip (4), and located between the board (1) of the floor and the joist (2) is the distance piece to mover away the bottom surface of the board (1) of the floor from the top surface of the joist fragment passing especially under the water drip (4). Moreover, the board (1) is secured to one joist (2) by three fasteners (3).
L'invention concerne un plancher constitué de panneaux (1), et notamment de panneaux en bois disposés sur des solives (2) et fixés à celles-ci par des organes de fixation (3) ou un adhésif. Ce plancher est destiné à des zones non couvertes, à des terrasses extérieures, à des plateformes et à des jetées ou à des pièces dans lesquelles de l'eau peut couler sur le sol. Chaque panneau (1) de plancher comporte une goutte d'eau (4) sur son bord inférieur. Une pièce d'écartement est située entre le panneau (1) de plancher et la solive (2). Cette pièce permet de séparer la surface inférieure dudit panneau (1) de plancher de la surface supérieure de la partie de solive passant sous la goutte d'eau (4). Par ailleurs, chaque panneau (1) est fixé à une solive (2) par trois organes de fixation (3).
