A harvester machine (100), equipped in a working truck and capable of at least cutting, artificial-pruning and cross-cutting wood, comprises a grip pawl (116) for gripping wood by opening/closing in the thickness direction of the wood, a chainsaw (120) capable of cutting the wood gripped by the grip pawl (116), an artificial-pruning portion (110) arranged at a different position in the length direction of the wood being gripped with respect to the grip pawl (116) and artificial-pruning the wood, a slide frame (105) capable of varying the distance in the length direction between the artificial-pruning portion (110) and the grip pawl (116), and a sensor (130) for detecting the amount of slide by the slide frame (105).
