The invention relates to solvent-free coating materials and treating agents used as water-based wood or material protective agents containing emulsifiable binding agents, quaternary ammonium compounds and optional additional active agents. The wood or material protective agents are non-flammable and enable a uniform distribution of the binding agent and the quaternary ammonium compounds in the substrates. As a result, the quaternary ammonium compounds function as a dissolving mediator for the binding agents which are dispersed in water without opacifying effects and are used as a biocide. The agents can additionally absorb water-insoluble organic biocides without impairing the homogeneity or stability of the formulation or the homogeneity of the distribution in the substrate.
L'invention concerne des substances du type peinture ou des produits de traitement sans solvant qui sont utilisés comme produits de préservation du bois ou d'une autre matière, à base d'eau, qui contiennent des liants émulsifiables, des composés d'ammonium quaternaire, et éventuellement d'autres principes actifs. Les produits de préservation du bois ou d'une autre matière sont non combustibles et permettent une répartition régulière du liant et des composés d'ammonium quaternaire dans les substrats. Les composés d'ammonium quaternaire agissent en tant que médiateurs de dissolution pour les liants, lesquels sont ainsi dispersés dans l'eau sans turbidité, et comme biocides. Les produits présentés peuvent également comprendre d'autres biocides organiques non solubles, dans l'eau sans que l'homogénéité ou la stabilité de la formulation ou l'homogénéité de la distribution dans le substrat n'en souffrent.
