The invention relates to a wooden material panel, in particular a wall, ceiling or floor panel, comprising a surface coating that is applied in at least some sections. Said coating contains at least one layer of plastic with a Shore hardness A of up to 90, preferably up to 80, in particular up to 65, preferably up to 50, especially between 20 and 60 and more specifically between 30 and 40. The invention also relates to a method for producing said wooden material panel.
