Abstract This invention is a wind powered ice fishing tip up jigging system. As the wind blows, the fan turns and the tip bobs up and down. By the use of a common drive shaft, to connect all moving parts, this device simulates the jigging action. The bait has continuous movement designed to attract fish. This device is collapsable for transport and is hand crafted out of wood.
