"On the machine screw threaded pressure equalising coupling titled as "Woolford's Pressure Equaliser" in the laid open application Number 2,323,161 that is used to lock two disc wheels together into a dual wheel assembly, onto a bus or truck axle, the drive handle being an unmarked square, is the industry norm for an unequalised coupling. Therefore, the equaliser is not easily recognisable as being a different coupling There is no indication as to the direction of the pressure required to tighten the equaliser and no calibrating marks to indicate when the desired pressure has been attained and and whether it is being maintained. The purpose of this invention is to change the readability of the equaliser from an intangible to a tangible form."
