In and on a machine screw threaded pressure coupling for locking two disc wheels into a dual wheel assembly onto a bus or truck or trailer axle, the machine screw threads are used in parallel rotation. The purpose of this invention is to take the parallel away and replace it with contra rotation. This will enable the hexagonal outside nut as a safety controller.
