An educational device (10) and method in which a user can learn the pronunciation and meaning of words using a word isolator with a window (35) and a slide (30). The word isolator is placed over the unfamiliar word. The slide is manipulated to expose only a portion of the word at a time, thereby helping the user break down and identify the unfamiliar word.

La présente invention a trait à un dispositif et un procédé éducatif dans lequel un utilisateur peut apprendre la prononciation et la signification de mots à l'aide d'un isolateur de mots avec une fenêtre et un tiroir.
