A work station is disclosed including a lower frame, a work surface on said lower frame, an upper generally vertical frame mounted on said lower frame at one end thereof, a hood pivotally mounted on said upper frame and movable between a closed position whereby the hood covers the front of said upper frame, and an open position whereby the hood extends over said work surface and the interior of said upper frame is exposed. The upper and lower frames may include shelves for storage of items and panels for enclosing all sides of the frames. The lower frame may include a pivotally mounted front panel for closing the front of the lower frame and doubling as a platform for standing in front of the work station.
