An input is received of a workforce supply for the organization. An input is also received of a workforce demand. The workforce demand includes an organizational direction of the organization, including strategic planning and current performance of the organization, and includes productivity levers, which include productivity metrics for each of the functional areas of the organization. A workforce gap is forecasted by comparing the workforce demand to the workforce supply.
