The workholding apparatus includes a connector (66) attached to the second end of the outer body (4), the connector having a first end insertable into the second end of the outer body and a second comprising a plurality of spaced- apart lugs (70) extending radially outward. The inventive apparatus further comprises a collet (32) located at the first end of the inner bore and a contractor (14) located in the inner bore. The contractor (14) is axially movable and comprises a first end (17) having one or more angled surfaces (24) in contact with respective angled surfaces (30) on the collet (32) whereby axial movement of the contractor expands or contracts the collet. The contractor has a second end comprising a plurality of spaced-apart lugs (60) extending radially outward.
Ce dispositif porte-pièce comprend un raccord (66), lequel est fixé sur la seconde extrémité du corps extérieur (4) et présente une première extrémité pouvant être insérée dans la seconde extrémité du corps extérieur, ainsi qu'une seconde extrémité comprenant plusieurs tétons (70) espacés les uns des autres et s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur.
