A suspension beam (9) is vertically movably suspended from a suspension support base (8) installed inside a tower tank (1), and a working unit (20) is vertically and/or horizontally movably attached to the suspension beam (9) through a guide mechanism (Z), it being arranged that working, such as welding, is applied to the inner wall surface (1d) of the tower tank (1) by the working unit (20). Thus, the setting of the working height position based on the working unit (20) can be easily changed by vertically moving the suspension beam (9), so that step change operation during working is greatly simplified or made unnecessary, and safety of operation and improved working efficiency can be achieved.
Selon l'invention, une poutre de suspension (9) mobile est suspendue verticalement sur une base support (8) installée à l'intérieur d'une tour réservoir (1), et une unité de travail (20) mobile est fixée, verticalement ou horizontalement, à la poutre de suspension (9) au moyen d'un mécanisme guide (Z), ce qui permet de réaliser des travaux, notamment de soudage, sur la surface de la paroi intérieure (1d) de la tour réservoir (1) à l'aide de l'unité de travail (20). Ainsi, le réglage de la position de travail en hauteur, basé sur l'unité de travail (20), peut être facilement changé par déplacement vertical de la poutre de suspension (9), de façon que l'opération de changement d'étape, durant le travail, soit grandement simplifiée ou rendue inutile, avec sécurité de fonctionnement et efficacité de travail améliorée.
