The clamp has a clamping bar unit fastened pivotally with a bottom wall of the workpiece feeder near one lateral side of the workpiece feeder and adapted to push a blind been put in the workpiece feeder toward the other lateral side of the workpiece feeder and to further hold down the blind for cutting.
