The invention relates to a wort vessel (1) and to a method of boiling wort, wherein the wort vessel comprises an external boiler which is arranged outside the wort vessel and heats wort from the wort vessel in circulation, the heated wort being fed anew to the wort vessel, and also comprises an inflow tube (16) and a riser (18), through which wort heated by the external boiler rises upwards in the wort vessel, and at least one intake opening (26) is provided in the riser in order to take in wort from a wort supply in the wort vessel, the cross-sectional surface area of the riser increasing, at least in certain sections (18a, 18b), in the direction of the top end of the riser.

L'invention concerne une chaudière à moût (1) et un procédé d'ébullition du moût, la chaudière à moût présentant une calandre extérieure disposée en dehors de la chaudière, qui chauffe, dans un circuit, du moût en dehors de la chaudière à moût, le moût une fois chauffé étant ramené à la chaudière à moût.
