A self-adhesive flexible member (100) has a generally anchor-shaped profile, with an essentially straight centre branch (101) and two curved side branches (102, 103). The centre branch (101) is arranged to extend up to the periareolar region of the breast of interest so as to cover said region, and the two side branches (102, 103) are arranged to extend along the submammary fold so as to at least partially cover said fold.
