A woven fabric belt device for paper making and pulping machines, including a connecting device (7a', 7b') provided at at least one end of the woven fabric belt (20', 21'), said connecting device being connectable to another connecting device (7b', 7a') of the same belt or of another one through a detachable connecting mechanism (9') in such a manner that a good protection is provided for the connecting devices, a number of certain longitudinal yarns (2', 2") extending from the fabric (20') along a section (4', 4") assigned to the end of the woven fabric belt. The longitudinal yarns (2', 2") resting on the at least one side of the woven fabric belt (20', 21') are cut, so that the yarns (2', 2") have an open end extending from the fabric, which open end is directed to the connecting device (7b') or which open end is directed away from the connecting device (7a').
L'invention concerne un dispositif à bande tissée, par ex. une bande de filtration sans fin destinée à des machines à papier et pâte de cellulose. Selon l'invention, au moins une extrémité de la bande tissée (20', 21') comporte un système de connexion (7a', 7b') pouvant être connecté à un autre système de connexion (7b', 7a') de la même bande tissée ou d'une autre bande tissée par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de connexion amovible (9). Une partie de certains fils longitudinaux (2', 2'') est extraite du tissu (20) le long d'une section (4', 4'') affectée à une extrémité de la bande tissée. Les sections (4', 4'') des fils longitudinaux (2', 2'') extraites sont logées en appui sur au moins un côté de la bande tissée (20', 21') devant le système de connexion (7a', 7b') de manière que lesdites sections forment un support (10', 10'') destiné à protéger les systèmes de connexion (7a', 7b') lorsque la bande tissée s'étend au dessus d'une surface de travail (AF). Selon l'invention, les sections (4') des fils longitudinaux (2') extraites sont tissées autour de fils transversaux (11', 12') et tissées en retour avec ces derniers. < >
