A wrap-around carrier (10) including upper and lower comer restraint panels (32, 34) for preventing outward movement of packaged articles (C). The partial end panels are locked in place by side panel locking flaps (36) which extend between an adjacent end article and a connected side panel (16). Transversely extending fold lines (38, 40) in the comer restraint panels (32, 34) relieve carrier forming stresses.
