A dispenser for rolls of wrap material is disclosed. The wrap dispenser may include a trunk to which a lid is integrally hinged. The trunk is adapted to receive a roll of wrap therein, while the lid is adapted to move relative to the trunk to allow access to the rolled film. A portion of the dispenser is provided with a reinforced section to which a cutter bar is adhered. The cutter bar maybe manufactured from plastic and be attached to the dispenser such that teeth of the cutter bar are all exposed upon opening the dispenser.
