A wrap film having very stable physical properties wherein a sock liquid maintains the lubricating effect as an opening agent while a sock is stabilized and parison width changes and meandering are reduced to eliminate parison wrinkles is provided. Specifically, the wrap film is a wrap film made of a polyvinylidene chloride-based resin prepared by melt--extruding a polyvinylidene chloride-based resin from a die in tubular form, cooling the outer side of the extrudate by using a coolant while an aqueous solution of a liquid that is compatible with water and forms one-component is retained in the hollow portion of the extrudate, and inflating the solidified extrudate, wherein the liquid that is compatible with water and forms one--component has a concentration of 80 to 95% by mass in the aqueous solution, and the liquid is applied to the wrap film in amounts of 50 to 4,000 ppm.
L'invention concerne un film d'emballage permettant de stabiliser une solution "sock" pour qu'elle garde ses propriétés lubrifiantes en tant qu'agent d'ouverture, ses propriétés d'inhibition de variation de largeur et de sinuosité de paraison permettant d'éviter des plis de paraison et de maintenir des propriétés hautement stables. Le film d'emballage en résine de chlorure de polyvinylidène est produit par un procédé consistant à : extruder une matière fondue constituée de résine de chlorure de polyvinylidène pour former une forme tubulaire à l'aide d'une matrice; refroidir l'extérieur de l'extrudat par une substance réfrigérante tout en laissant se former, dans le creux de l'extrudat, une solution aqueuse constiuée d'un liquide miscible dans l'eau se transformant en un autre liquide; puis, laisser gonfler l'extrudat ainsi solidifié, la concentration du liquide miscible dans l'eau transformé en autre liquide dans la solution aqueuse étant comprise entre 80 et 95% en masse de sorte que le film d'emballage en résine de chlorure de polyvinylidène est enrobé de ce liquide dans une quantité comprise entre 50 et 4000 ppm.
