A container/mould constituted of a microwaveable, re-usable, recycleable material for the baking of tortillas and or wraps to create an edible bowl. The invention is directed to the provision of a simple and inexpensive container/ mould which is comprised of certified foodgrade plastics, that can be used in a microwave oven. The container is configured in a bowl shaped structure that has deeply fluted walls that are inwardly and outwardly curved, and a flat circular base. The container/mould will enable a flat bread created from a variety of flours, but specifically wheat, to be pressed into the bowl which acts as a mould. The uniform temperature distribution created by microwaves essentially reduces the water content in the flatbread which dehydrates the bread in the mould allowing for a hardening of the bread. Upon removal from the container/mould the flatbread retains the mould shape and can then be used as an edible serving vessel. The dehydrated bread retains the deeply fluted shape of the container/mould and makes an attractive alternative serving presentation for a variety of comestibles.
