Equipment for inspecting a cigarette paper comprising a nozzle disposed in a passage for discharging a cigarette paper continuously while rewinding in order to wet one side of the cigarette paper, an imaging section for irradiating the wetted cigarette paper with light and picking up a light transmitting the paper or reflected off the paper to generate a video signal, and a winding paper inspecting section for judging a defect at a part of the paper coated or pasted with a low fire spreading substance based on the video signal generated at the imaging section, wherein a defect in the coating state or pasting state of the low fire spreading substance on the paper can be inspected surely. The winding paper inspecting equipment can be mounted on a cigarette winding machine.
Cette invention se rapporte à un équipement pour inspecter du papier à cigarettes, qui comprend une buse disposée dans un passage qui décharge le papier à cigarettes en continu, tout en le réenroulant, afin d'humecter l'un des côtés du papier à cigarettes, une section d'imagerie appliquant un rayonnement lumineux sur le papier à cigarette ainsi humecté et captant le rayonnement lumineux traversant le papier ou réfléchi par le papier, afin de générer un signal vidéo, ainsi qu'une section d'inspection du papier à rouler, destinée à évaluer les défauts dans une partie du papier recouvert ou enduit d'une substance à étaler à faible combustion sur la base du signal vidéo produit par la section d'imagerie. Ainsi, tout défaut dans l'état de revêtement ou l'état d'enduction du papier par la substance à étaler à faible combustion peut être inspecté de façon sûre. L'équipement d'inspection du papier à rouler peut être monté sur une machine à rouler des cigarettes.
