Wrench (1) for providing a maximum torque to an external part, characterised in that it comprises at least one elongated metal part (3) provided with a fixed end (4) and a pusher end (5), and which also comprises a torque- applying head (6) upon which the pusher end (5) acts, wherein the elongated metal part (3) is capable of bending when a torque is applied with the wrench, and wherein the elongated metal part (3) reaches a maximum bending point that determines the maximum torque provided by the wrench (1). The inventive wrench (1) is easier to use than conventional spring-based wrenches as the force required to adjust the torque is minimal and independent of the torque value to which the wrench is adjusted. It is also capable of providing higher torque values.
La présente invention concerne une clé (1) conçue pour exercer un couple maximal sur une pièce externe, ladite clé se caractérisant en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une pièce métallique allongée (3) dotée d'une extrémité fixe (4) et d'une extrémité de poussée (5) et comprenant de plus, une tête d'application de couple (6) sur laquelle agit l'extrémité de poussée (5), ladite pièce métallique allongée (3) pouvant se courber lorsqu'un couple est appliqué au moyen de la clé, ladite pièce métallique allongée (3) atteignant une courbure maximale qui détermine le couple maximal pouvant être exercé par la clé (1). La clé (1) selon la présente invention est plus facile à utiliser que les clés classiques à ressorts du fait que l'effort nécessaire pour régler le couple est minime et indépendant de la valeur du couple sur laquelle on veut régler la clé. En outre, cette clé est à même d'exercer des couples supérieurs.
