The invention relates to a device that can be mounted onto mop wringers for holding the handles of implements, such as mops. This device is composed of a bracket, which fits onto the wringer and a handle-holder attached to the bracket by means of a joint. The handle-holder can be mounted on the front of the wringer, when supporting the mop handle, or on the side of the wringer, during wringing operations.
