This invention relates to a new and improved wristband for the treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or repetitive strain injury. The wristband comprises a first wrist strap which is releasibly secured around the wrist of the user and a pair of webbing straps extending from the wrist strap and which are secured around the ball of the foot of the user. The foot is flexed which applies traction to the bones of the wrist thus relieving the pressure on the median on the nerve and results in a decrease in the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The device is a simple and cost effective way to treat this injury.
