Le bracelet en cuir (3) est fixé sur des languettes métalliques (18) flexibles solidaires d un cadre métallique (14) monté dans un logement annulaire de la boîte (4,5), par exemple entre la lunette et un fond plat. Les languettes métalliques sont par exemple en bronze béryllium encastrées et soudées dans un cadre en laiton et le bracelet en cuir est collé sur chacune des faces des languettes.
