ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A writing board is provided for mounting an overlying sheet for writing information thereon. The writing hoard includes a board and an underlying sheet for storing a copy of the information. A mounting means is attached to the board for removably mounting the overlying sheet to the board along an edge of the sheet. An other mounting means is attached to the board for removably mounting the underlying sheet to the board along the edge of the sheet. The mounting means for the underlying sheet and the overlying sheet comprises a plurality of clips, each clip comprising a substantially flat spring secured to the board for engaging and'holding the sheet lying on the board and a means for lifting the spring to remove the sheet. The means for lifting the spring comprises a button passing through a bore in the board, the lower end of the button projecting from the lower surface of the board and the upper end of the button being in contact with the spring. The button is slidable within the bore. When the bore is forced downward, the button slides upward to raise the spring and release the sheet. When the force is removed from the board, the spring engages and holds the sheet.
