A writing instrument comprising: a barrel (2) extending along a central axis (Z) between a front and a rear ends (2a, 2b) provided with apertures (3, 5) ; a writing tip (4) movable between an extended position and a retracted position; an actuating mechanism (20) comprising a plurality of parts for extending and retracting the writing tip upon actuation of an actuation member (6) ; and a cushioning device (30) enabling a retraction of the writing tip when an excessive pressure is exerted thereon by an user. The cushioning device comprises a spring member (32) elastically deformable in the central axis direction, which is integrally formed with a movable part (23) of the actuating mechanism. The part (23) is movable relative to the barrel (2) along said central axis. The spring member has a free end (32b) abutting the barrel and has a through hole (35) extending along said central axis. A stem (22b) connects the actuating member to the actuating mechanism.
L'instrument pour écrire de la présente invention comprend : un corps (2) s'étendant le long d'un axe central (Z) entre des extrémités avant et arrière (2a, 2b) munies d'ouvertures (3, 5) ; une pointe pour écrire (4) mobile entre une position étendue et une position rétractée ; un mécanisme d'actionnement (20) comprenant une pluralité de pièces permettant d'étendre et de rétracter la pointe pour écrire lors de l'actionnement d'un élément d'actionnement (6) ; et un dispositif d'amortissement (30) permettant une rétraction de la pointe pour écrire lorsqu'une pression excessive est exercée sur celle-ci par un utilisateur. Le dispositif d'amortissement comprend un élément de ressort (32) élastiquement déformable dans la direction de l'axe central, qui est formé d'un seul tenant avec une pièce mobile (23) du mécanisme d'actionnement. La pièce (23) est mobile par rapport au corps (2) le long dudit axe central. L'élément de ressort est équipé d'une extrémité libre (32b) venant buter contre le corps et est équipé d'un trou débouchant (35) s'étendant le long dudit axe central. Une tige (22b) relie l'élément d'actionnement au mécanisme d'actionnement.
