An X-ray fluorescence analyzing apparatus is formed of an X-ray tube, plural X-ray spectroscopes disposed around a line linking between the X-ray tube and a place where a sample is placed, and first and second slit plates. The first slit plate has at least one first slit therein and is situated at an incident side of the X-ray spectroscopes. The second slit plate has at least one second slit therein, and is situated at an ejection side of the X-ray spectroscopes. X-rays radiated from the X-ray tube enter into the predetermined X-ray spectroscopes through the first slit plate and then pass through the second slit plate so that a sample is irradiated by predetermined X-ray wavelengths. The sample can be radiated by different X-ray wavelengths by selecting the slits of the first and second slit plates.
Analyseur de fluorescence de rayons X constitué : d'un tube à rayons X; de nombreux spectroscopes à rayons X placés autour d'une ligne reliant le tube à rayons X et un point où se trouve un échantillon; et d'une première et d'une seconde plaques fendues. La première plaque comprend au moins une première fente et est située sur le côté incident des spectroscopes. La seconde plaque comporte au moins une seconde fente et est située sur le côté d'éjection des spectroscopes à rayons X. Les rayons X émanant du tube à rayons X pénètrent dans les spectroscopes préalablement choisis en passant d'abord par la première plaque et ensuite par la seconde, de sorte que l'échantillon est irradié par des longueurs d'onde préétablies de rayons X. L'échantillon peut être irradié par différentes longueurs d'onde de rayons X en sélectionnant les fentes des première et seconde plaques.
