Dans sa paroi essentiellement cylindrique sont définies des ouvertures (13), ces ouvertures présentant tant dans le premier état que dans le second état de l'implant une forme globalement en "Z", et étant délimitées périphériquement, au moins dans le second état déployé, par huit sommets (17a,17b,17c,17d,17e,17f,17g,17h) où il y a une inversion de pente.
