The present invention is related to a silicate-based microporous ceramic molecular sieve membrane with zeolite-like properties, comprising an ordered stack of nanometre-sized slab-shaped building blocks having zeolite framework. The invention is equally related to a method for producing a membrane of the invention. The method does not involve a hydrothermal treatment step, hence avoiding the formation of zeolite crystals.
L'invention a pour objet une membrane en tamis moléculaire céramique à base de silicate présentant des propriétés de type zéolitique et se composant d'une pile ordonnée de blocs de fabrication sous forme de dalles nanométriques possédant une structure à zéolites. L'invention concerne également un procédé de réalisation d'une membrane selon l'invention. Le procédé ne nécessite pas d'étape de traitement hydrothermique, ce qui permet d'éviter la formation de cristaux de zéolite.
