A glass and general purpose cleaning composition is described which has zero to low volatility while providing acceptable cleaning and drying rates. The cleaning composition contains at least one low-volatile non-VOC evaporative organic solvent, at least one surfactant, an aqueous carrier and, optionally, one or more co-solvents. The composition has less than about 4% by wt. volatile organic solvent compound (VOC) content.

L'invention porte sur une composition de nettoyage pour le verre et tous usages dont la volatilité est faible à nulle, mais qui présente des résultats de nettoyage et de séchage acceptables. La composition de nettoyage de l'invention contient au moins un solvant organique évaporatif pratiquement dépourvu de COV et faiblement volatil, au moins un tensio-actif, un véhicule aqueux et, facultativement, un ou plusieurs co-solvants. La composition de l'invention a une teneur inférieure à 4% en poids environ en composés de solvant organiques volatils (COV).
