ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A zipper guide and spreader device for form, fill and seal apparatus comprises a package material guiding and spreading mechanism wherein a pair of articulated members have zipper guideways The members are hingedly connected together and one of the members is hingedly connected to a fixed support. An actuator operates the articulated members from a biased relaxed position into an articulated material- spreading position wherein the material is spread for eliminating wrinkles before edge sealing across the material below the discharge end of the forming and filling tube.
Cette invention concerne un guide-fermeture à glissière/lisseur pour machine à former, remplir et sceller qui comporte un mécanisme de guidage et de lissage du conditionnement dont une paire d'éléments articulés comportent des gorges de guidage de la fermeture à glissière. Ces éléments sont articulés l'un à l'autre et l'un des deux est monté à charnière sur un support fixe. Un actionneur déplace ces éléments d'une position de repos vers une position écartée de lissage du conditionnement où celui-ci est débarrassée par tension de tout pli avant sa fermeture sous le tube de formage et de remplissage.
