The invention concerns a method for making coated assembly parts for chemical device components including the following successive steps: a) forming an initial assembly comprising a steel support part, typically a plate, a zirconium or a zirconium alloy coating, typically a sheet metal having a dimension approximately that of the steel plate, and at least one brazing material between the support part and the coating, said brazing material being an alloy including silver and copper; b) introducing the initial assembly in a brazing chamber with controlled atmosphere; c) forming a controlled atmosphere inside said chamber; d) heating said assembly up to a temperature not less than the melting temperature of said brazing material. Prior to forming said initial assembly, a titanium or titanium-based alloy coating is deposited on said zirconium (or alloy) coating and said coating is placed such that its titanium- (or alloy-) coated surface is contacted with said brazing material.

Procédé de fabrication de pièces d'assemblage revêtues pour éléments de dispositif chimique comprenant les étapes successives suivantes: a) formation d'un assemblage initial comprenant une pièce de support en acier, typiquement une plaque, un revêtement en zirconium ou en alliage de zirconium, typiquement une tôle de dimension voisine de celle de la plaque en acier, et au moins un matériau de brasage entre la pièce de support et le revêtement, ledit matériau de brasage étant un alliage comprenant de l'argent et du cuivre; b) introduction de l'assemblage initial dans une chambre de brasage à atmosphère contrôlée; c) formation d'une atmosphère contrôlée dans ladite chambre; d) réchauffement dudit ensemble jusqu'à une température au moins égale à la température de fusion dudit matériau de brasage; Préalablement à la formation dudit assemblage initial, on effectue le dépôt d'une couche de titane ou d'un alliage de titane sur ledit revêtement en zirconium (ou alliage) et on place ledit revêtement de telle sorte que sa face revêtue de titane (ou alliage) soit mise au contact dudit matériau de brasage.
